I want to know if you will try to implement the Ways in the WOT mod ?

They might have trouble implementing them.

Yes, as of right now there is no possible way to have an army or agent enter a node, view a selection panel and be moved to a different node. I strongly doubt BI will add such cabability, it's just not something that is connected to the RTW engine. However at present we do have a trait, which is as follows:

Knows the Ways - Trait for Family Members
This mans natural curiosity and strong fortitude have enabled him to, at least partially, decrypt the mystery of the Ways. While dangerous to his men this provides him with an excellent way to position his forces in unexpected places.

Effect: -1 Hit Points
Effect: -3 Troop Morale
Effect: 2X Movement Points

This should become available to a family member who has the "Ta'veren" trait and an Ogier Mason ancillary. It should be quite rare.
^This can be replaced by traits dealing with Portal Stones, Skimming and Traveling, although they each require additional ability and do not simply self-replicate.

Better x3 or for mouvement depending the scale of the WOT map.

well keep in mind that the Ways are not a reliable method of transport. Some bridges broken, keystones defaced, the Black Wind is blocking pathways, etc, etc...

So since we can't represent all of those effects directly, we scale the movement bonus down somewhat... it's still an advantage, but not as good as other methods...

Portal Stones on the other hand are a great way to jump around (provided you know how to use them), the drawback with them is that you can only jump to certain locations, you can't just go anywhere... so they are also scaled down somewhat and give a 3X bonus

Skimming is very reliable and you can direct it wherever you want - so the bonus is up to 4X... keep in mind that our map is much larger than the Rome map - I forget how much bigger - Myrddraal knows however... so a movement bonus is a big deal - since there is more emphasis on the strategic placement of armies and attack routes, etc

Traveling of course is the best method, but even then, there are limits - jumping to regions you aren't familiar with can land you miles out of position and depending on the situation in great danger - thus smaller jumps are generally more strategically useful so the bonus is going to be somewhere between 5X-7X...
