can anyone find this graphic file?

I'm looking for the menu pic that shows up when you have saved a game, want to quit, and so on. It's light, small, and has a red, white, blue, and gold border. My Wingrab won't bite it, and I can't seem to locate the file in the program folder. I have plans to use this image in the mainpage makeover.

a brief look leads me to belief that this is .bif file in the 'frontend' folder. scan the files in there with the .bif reader.

Do u know what it is called?

like badday.tga or just any file that fits the dicription.
