Editing campaign period files BUG

If you assign the Scotland province to a faction, the game will freeze when starting a new campaign. I think Scotland is a special rebel province and cannot be assigned, must be conquered. Just wanted to point that out.

Actually thats wrong, I not only assigned scotland to a england, I make the british entirely pagan and it is currently working in my pagan dawn release.
