change faction shileds in custom battle screens

i have two questions

1.how can change the shield of the factions
on the custom battle screens?

2.i tried to change the factions in custom battle,the flags are easy ,but how can use
the color of the faction replaced example
change hungary for Poland,the color of the uniforms are for poland,how can use the original hungary color uniforms?

The faction shields are the BIFs in campmap\shields.

If I remember correctly, changing faction colours is trickier and may be impossible at the moment, but I could be wrong.
