i saw in the units txt file that for example chivalric knights belong to all factions. imo that is weird.

yas u dont list them in your web-tool although i see swiss pikemen listed amongst eg the egyptians.

is tehre a workaround to get a good list or must w eget it with writing it down from teh costum battle screen?

we sadly need a good faction-period list to create a good campaigntool.

thats 99% the same and still not 100% right

u can hire swiss pikemen when being egyptians, but u cant buy teh online when choosing egyptians

so far it seems we must make a bugless list ourselves

Besides the Faction column you also have to check the Culture column to see what factions really do get a particular unit.
ChivalricKnights are listed as CATHOLIC only.

One other thing I have noticed in unit stats is that for some units you have ALL_FACTIONS and for others you have NO_FACTION.
It seems region specific units such as Gallowglass and Highland Clansman have NO_FACTION. But in reality there dosn't seem to be a difference between the settings.

And the Turcopoles (not Turcomans) are NO_FACTION as well, while they are Catholics as well. Though they are very hard to get hold of.
