Can we mod the cost to buildings?

I would like to double or triple the cost of buildings to reduce the speed at which I obtain the more tech advanced troops.

Is there any specific file containing the building costs that can be adjusted?

Yes you can, its in the buildings text thingy in the Mediveal folder.
