Question about Farmland Income

In the starting position file there is an entry for the income generated by farmland. However I found the actual values in-game to be totally different. Is there a conversion factor or something?

I think that is the amount for a normal year. Not taking into acount the governer. And I think the game still uses the shogun system were you can have crop failures bumper crops but doesn't announce it now.

Think they are modified for governor acumen and how well you developed your lands.
