View Full Version : Dread - what does it do exactly?

I asked this in the mtw forum and got absolutely no takers,

so what does dread do - exactly?

I know what the manual has on page 27,
but what are the numerical values?

I know some virtues and vices give or take away dread, and i know a high dread king seems to get you faction picked on a lot less...

It would be nice to have the values for acumen, influence etc. too..

none of these factors are explained in the strategy guide...

I don't know the numbers but Dread does improve loyalty.

I'm yet so see it cause fear in enemies yet though.
