Holy Crap!

I'v seen a lot of RTW movies but that kicks all their asses (including the official RTW intro and the BI intro)

Whats even more awesome is it actually felt like good old shogun again, except a hundred times prettier.

Awesome background music by the way, very atmospheric.

I hadnt realised how good this mod is until I saw the movie. Sometimes pictures dont capture it...

EDIT: Is this going to be the intro movie to the mod as well? It's certainly professional enough.

That was really good. The potential is there for making some truly epic movies that could rival the official ones as intro. It's length was good (about double would be the most an intro should be), the contents were obviously sparse but covered very well so that it looked much bigger, the spread of units was good covering almost everything. Only combat lacked, but that isn't always needed, as it can add suspense.

You could say that a slightly longer, bigger and generally upgraded version of this one would be perfect.

The picture at the end of the movie, is it possible to get that somewhere? And if Tomte painted that I'm very impressed ! I can only see it briefly at the end but looks very good.

The movie was absolutely wonderful, although a bit on the short side. But as you said, there will be more, and I'm sure that aspect'll be improved. But other than that, just great. The units are truly stunning, looking to be great.

I just saw the video, and every thing looks spectacular!!!! I see that u guys are going all out and are paying attention to detail (i like the horo unit)!!!

BTW I have extensive knowledge of this era and can help out if u'all need it, but i can see that u did ur homework :book:

I think the video looks great. The only thing I would change is the part where it flashes the words Shogun. It's a very blocky font, and more importantly, anachronistic. It should use the unsimplified characters. But the video was great and the music was really cool:2thumbsup:
