New and Returning players.

I was looking up and down the forum threads and noticing we have a lot based on new and returning players. Perhaps we should congregate them all into 1 thread to save space.

I thought it over, and I think it is nice for each new player to have an individual welcoming thread :2thumbsup:

And there is not too much posting in the forum for this to be a major concern.
