If I have a song on my pc thats say 320 in bitrate can i change it to 128? I know how to convert to wave and such becasue thats how ive been making my ringtones but not sure if its safe to actually change the size.

Also what is better stero or joint stero?

Uhm, AFAIK joint stereo has the lesser size, not the better quality but I can't be sure. :dizzy2:
