Urban Cohort

I tried playing a custom battle as the Roman Senate and tried playing with some Urban Cohorts. It crashed and said that the CAS and DDS files weren't there. Prom, were the Urban Cohort files part of the Res Gestae release? If not, why are they still in the game?
