I opened this thread to put all my work into one place, here you'll find previews and download links.

Should you have any requests like unit cards, banners, symbols, loading screens, etc., you can post them here.

Here's the first preview of what I'm working on right now, new banners and symbols for all factions:

This includes new banners and symbols, on the battle map and on the strat map, in the menu and in-game.

From the Readme:


INSTALLATION
Simply point the installer to your Rome - Total War Folder and let the installer do it's magic.
At the end of the installation, the installation script will start "Xpak.exe", which will pack all the neccessary file during the installation into the pack files. Sometimes you'll be asked to press a key so that the installation continues. When asked if some files should be overwritten, press "a" (all).

Sorry, can't find the ones that were used in DarthMod...

But you can try out this (http://www.twcenter.net/downloads/db/?mod=533) ones, they include the SPQR Roman banners too.

Should I find the DM ines, I'll upload them here.

well if you use it in a sentence you can use the sometimes. like The Spartan went to eat. but if its like a question just say Spartan. it doesnt sound good if you say: Hi! The Spartan. its sounds better if you say Hi Spartan! isnt that better? :yes:

There's now a hotfix available for Kaweh's Banners. Basically, the hotfix replaces the vanilla banners that appear on battlement walls (standard stone, large stone, epic stone) during siege battles. These are replaced with KK's latest banners included in the original download. Here's a link:

If anyone figures out how to change the *sprites* for those banners (the ones on the battlement walls and gates), please PM me. :grin: It is possible to change the banners, like Kaweh has done here, but when you zoom out a bit, they go back to the vanilla ones. Never have figured out how to fix that, but would appreciate it if anyone else figured that out and would post on it so others could know.

When I made the hotfix for KK's banners, I did refer to the post wlesmana made regarding banners. I'm not sure what you mean by the sprites TA, because when I zoomed out and panned round in different directions (even when sunlight etc is reflected on the banners), the banners remained the same. They didn't revert back to the vanilla ones as illustrated in your post in wlesmana's banner topic.

I'm taking a guess here, since I'm not sure of every single file and PAK file that is linked to battlefield banners, but perhaps there are additional PAK files and / or files that need to be adjusted. Have a chat with KK over @ TWC to see which files he packed / unpacked and modified with the installer script included with the download. I'd originally asked him to send me a seperate download so I could see which files were being modified, but I ended up just making a backup of the project before installing.
