Have the Casse reforms like Romans and gauls?

Yes, I believe so. I expect that in 0.7.4 they are all triggered by date and occur in 107 BC or thereabouts; there is talk of dynamic triggers for the reforms for some of the factions in 0.8.0 and I, for one, am quite excited by the idea. :)
