I hear there was a way to enable a quick chat feature in RTW while you are in game. Is there a way to do that with MTW2?

Yes, its similar in that you need to edit the perference text file, can't recall the exact name.

preferences.cfg file You can open it with a text editor like Word or maybe even Notepad. Look for CHAT or something similar. You should recognize it when you see it. Change it from a 1 to a 0 or a 0 to a 1 (I forget which) :)

i think the quick chat is backwards from mtw.

seems to me that t talks to team and y to all, i thought it was the other way around in mtw...

i'm old and slow though, not as bad as elmo!

seems that t is all and y is team, just like mtw... it just reverses the colors and confuses the hell out of me... supposedly fixed in the patch...

elmo is special in that he has the reddest, furriest backside in the whole of tw....bwahahahahahahahha!!!!

At least they made a switch for it, the RTW style MP chat is atrocious.
