Hello, I'm sorry for the noobish question, but I'm new to modding (well, in fact I really haven't modded any of the total wars in the past) and I was wondering how you can modify the public order penalty from the distance to capital. I like the mod Lands to Conquer, but I get a distance to capital penalty of 35% from Zaragoza (at the neck of the Iberian peninsula) to my capital of Granada(at the tip of the Iberian peninsula. If it helps at all, I'm playing as the Moors.

It's in the descr_settlement_mechanics.xml file.

I haven't figured out what SPF, SOF, and SIF stand for yet, or what the difference between them is. Anyone know?

From what I can get, SPF deals with population bonuses or penalties, SOF deals with public order, and SIF deals with income(taxes, farming, etc.)

Now that I look at it I don't realize how I didn't see it. That has to be it. Settlement Population Factors, Settlement Order Factors, and Settlement Income Factors.
