Two prominent AI fixes..

Anyone mind discussing their current states of 'completeness' and their preference?

I'm sick of updating and going between the two. I'd like to pick one and stick to it :P

I prefer Ultimate AI for campaign AI, but use SW diplomacy file as Ultimate AI doesn't currently edit diplomacy.
