You can use MedManager... it won't allow you to change cities though.

I have MedManager installed but to my knowledge it does nto allow viewving of .sav files.

I'd like to have a look inside the save itself.
I want to add a merchant's guild in Antioch.
I want to change the mercenary availability frequency and types.

I want to make these changes mid campaign.

Is this possible with MedManager ? (or anything else)

What you are asking is not possible now, and is not likely to be possible...ever.

MedManager is rather crude in the way it edits save files - by poking various bytes for relatively simple parameters.

To do what you are asking would probably require deconstructing the entire format of the save file; this format is undocumented and it may be against the license of the game to attempt to deconstruct it, let alone it would probably take until the next TW game is released to work out what the format is.

Ok thanks a LOT for the info.

So what's the best way to change mercenary availability mid campaign ?
I assume this is possible with MedManager ?

That is a fantastic tool btw. Thanks for that contribution to the community. Appreciate it.
