Does anyone know if there is a script that allows the AI to construct buildings faster than the player?

In my personal mod, I'm trying (assuming it's possible) to set units to only be recruitable once you have the right blacksmith and infantry/stables/archery range level. So, for example, chivalric knights can't be recruited until you've built a high level stables and the blacksmith that gives the partial plate upgrade.

However, I'm afraid that the more conditions I put in for unit construction, the more the AI will have trouble dealing with it. An easy way I can think of is to simply allow the AI buildings to be constructed in less time than it would take for the player, but I have no idea if such a thing is possible.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

No, it isn't. At least not unless you place the buildings by script.
