What do you mean with "create your own city"? Adding one to the map?

Do it as the TWC tut says. That will work. Make sure you dont put it on a resource or overlap the coasts.

Oh that tutorial is just a waste of time.I was trying it 3 times and never worked. :thumbsdown: :wall:

only 3? You've got to be patient. Took me a full day to get a new location up and running, purely 'cause I kept placing it in a bad part of the map, took ages to finally get it in the right place. The tutorial is definitely the one to use.

And what happend when it didnt work?Did you have to restart your comp still?Because if it doesnt work for me it means the game stuck and there is only black screen and i have to restart copm.I am afraid that is not good for it.I had to restart about 20 times.

That sounds pretty bad. All I got was ctd and if I did get a black screen I was able to quit out with Alt+Esc or Ctrl+Alt+Del
