I see that one additional province has been added in the Iberian Peninsula. Is this provisional or firm and are there any other map changes?

The map as whole is currently undergoing a major redesign. The Iberian penninsula is more or less done but there is a possibility itll be changed slightly if Sevilla does not make it in.
