The Herald could infringe on copyright laws, but then again, how many newspapers use it? Sunday Herald, the Sydney Herald. All the regional ones, and thats just some we get in Queensland.

I like the name Herald. You could maybe call it the M2 Herald or MP Herald or something such as that if you think the Herald is too plain.
