How Do You Enable Units For Another Faction

Is there a way to enable certain factions to gain an otherwise unavailable unit-in my case Scots Guard for Scotland-is there a way to enable scotland to produce Scots Guard?

Well to change a faction a unit can be built by is quite, just go into export_descr_unit and add/change a faction name some times its sligtly different from what is in the game, this will allow the faction to have in it custom battles, but sadly if you want in campain you'll have to edit more stuff and more stuff.
