RTR Platinum Imperium

Being a great fan of RTR Platinum, but hoping to add some more historical accuracy, I would like to create a new mod in order to fulfill the subsequent objectives.

Factions and Timeframe:
- The beginning of the game posed at 218 BC, when the II Punic War started between the Romans and the Carthaginians,
- the creation of two new factions in order to have a much more balanced gameplay experience: the Celts (Romans Brutii) in central Europe, Galatia, northern Spain and Britain, the Mauretanian Kingdom (Romans Scipii) in northern Africa,
- a general revision of the other factions in order to recreate the situation of these days.

Map:
- a more realistic sketch of each region, expecially on the coastal provinces,
- the utilization of only latin names.

Military Units:
- a revision of the ZOR (Zone of Recruitment) System, following the principles that only great empires like the Carthaginians, Seleucids and Ptolemaics really recruited troops of different nationalities. In fact the Romans, except than in Italy, tended to put foreign recruits in standardized units of auxiliaries, generally equipped as their legionaries, while barbarians only relied on their tribesmen (I never heard of Gauls recruiting germans or italic troops or Thracians recruting Illyrians or greek units),
- a revision of every unit data and of their upkeep cost in order to obtain the maximum realism when recreating battles,
- the creation of distinct units for the Mauretanians and the Celts.

New Buildings:
- Government System Building, in order to give for every faction its characteristic form of domination, with different and specifical bonuses (for the Romans: Roman Client Province, Roman Provincial Administration, Roman Municipal Administration, Roman Colony, Roman Confederation, Roman Senatorial Administration / for the Ptolemaics: Ptolemaic Protectorate, Ptolemaic Nomarchy, Ptolemaic Templar Administration, Ptolemaic Provincial Administration, Ptolemaic Cleruchy, Philo-Ptolemaic Civic Administration, Ptolemaic Royal Administration,. And so on). Each form of government should be limited to specifical regions in order to limit the expansion of the faction to determined areas,
- Auxilia Buildings transformed in Military Infrastracture, whose construction is related with the government system present in the province,
- Temporary Garrison, Permanent Garrison and Fortified Garrison for every faction in order to have more law bonuses,
- Army Headquarter and Military Academies to give more experience to the troops,
- a simplification of the MTM buildings,
- a revision of the other existing buildings in order to give the preminent buildings only to the most important factions (Romans, Seleucids, Ptolemaics, Carthaginians, Parthians).

A great part of the work has already been made, but is still needed help in creating new military units, preparing the cards for the new buildings and make some testing.
Moreover every idea or suggestion would be welcomed and if someone knows something about scripting some more ideas could be put in action.
