Someone give me a link to BI.exe EB install plz

I've searched the forums and can't find detailed instructions on how you exactly play EB with the BI.exe program.

I tried to get EB working though BI.exe and crashed my entire RTW/EB game. I need to reinstall everything now...

So can someone give me step by step or a link to some detailed instructions?
