Things are getting better and better for our Mod. As some of you know, we have started as a small team of enthuziasts, and now we are on the verge of releasing an unique total conversion, wich will cover the history of the most famous native american civilizations.

We are in very good progress with the units, and our moddellers and skinners have done a great job so farr. Among the others, you will be able to play the Inca`s, the famous Aztecs, the exotic Chimu and the wild and brave Aguaruna Amazonian tribe, and the famous Mapuche warriors.

We are working on a campaign map wich covers both South and Central America, the craddle of these awesome civilizations, and our mappers have made a great deal of progress.

Fight and build your empire in the rugged Andes, conquer the wild and untamed Atacama, or explore the misterious jungles of Amazonia and Yucatan ! All is there for the taking.

We are working on a set of new traits and retinues, totally unique for the area and for the civilizations. Also, we are selecting some beutifull music tracks, wich will help you dwelwe in the beautifull and misterious world of the Amerindians.

Unique buildings, unique strat models, unique music, unique units. Prepare to see something totally different in terms of Modding.

Hopefully, we will release a beta version somewhere in the begining of this summer, if all goes well.

Hopefully this summer. ;) That is the goal we are working torward, but we don't plan to release it till it is excellent quality and as bug free as possible.

As far as the final release, you can look forward to a whole new set of gamemechanics that our historians (which we need more of by the way! :beam:) and scripters are looking into. I will not give any information on it right now for two reasons. First, if it does get implemented, it will be our ace in the whole and we will release info on it some time before the final release. Sceondly, we are not 100% sure that we will be able to implement it due to hard-coding restrictions, and do not want to promise you something that we will not deliver on...just in case. ;)

The units for the beta will be of much better quality then you have seen in any of the previews, don't worry. ;) We will be releasing a sneak peak at some of the civs soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

Ok, the weekend is over and as always a lot of hard work has been done for the INCA TW. Below are two units of the merc line of units, the Flax man and the High Cacique (the names are only temporary and for reference reasons). With these mercs our unit list went up to 120 units, this is the first line of units and is finished now. The second line will include units from the Aztecs, the Mixtec-Zapotec alliance and the Maya and we will start modelling it this week.

*the asterisk implies that these units are not unique, they will be reskinned from already modelled ones. All the others are unique models for the mercs. all models are modelled from scratch without the use of RTW models and meshes
