Hotfix1.10b.exe ready for download:

This MUST be installed into your present Roma Surrectum directory...remember...not the 'data' directory.
You ideally should have an RS version patched to 1.10a, which is the full installer version. This hotfix will be save game compatible with this version ONLY.
If you have a version of RS that was patched manually (you didn't download and install the full installer), then this Hotfix may NOT be save game compatible.
Changes:
Fixed a couple Trait typos.
Fixed a couple Legion recruitment mistakes that led to CTD.
Fixed Sword Hoplites by replacing them with a SPQR model (thanks to LT1956 for it's use)
Included the beautiful new strat map textures by 'Redfox' (XGM), who graciously allowed us to use them.
Fixed Urban Barracks CTD issue.
Removed experience from units being recruited except in rare cases.
Drastically altered the economic, happiness and law requirements. You MUST now build all happiness and beneficial buildings to keep your people happy and unlikely to revolt. There are severe penalties built into the Core buildings for not doing so.
Expanding further and further from your homelands now incurs a greater and greater economic penalty...which actually translates into a higher cost of maintaining your empire. In many cases you'll be forced to destroy buildings in cities because of a 'culture penalty' and then build your own. This will take time, and cost money, and your conquests will often hover on the verge of tossing you out.
You'll note immediately how much more beautiful the strat map looks thanks to Redfox.....be sure to give him his due for a magnificient improvement to RTW's graphics.
