AOR SYSTEM
Broken Crescent will feature a new AOR recruitment system that will be based on where each unit will have specific set of regions that allow its recruitment. The regions are divided into ethnic/regional areas which will be assigned accordingly for each unit. The regions are as follows:

Each factions entire roster will generally have the same regions they are recruitable form. But some units will have a wider or narrower range.

I'm currently playing version 1.05 and having a blast.
It's a fanatastic mod.

The campaign map is also wonderful but what I'd like to see more is oasis in the desert.
Because some spots are really unrealisticcly empty. There should be some oasis here and there. Not much of course but just enough to represent reality.

Apart from the general "greening up" the map, what I found weird in particular were the envirenments around Mecca and Medina. I mean these cities are surrounded by desert and nothing more, which is unrealistic because in real life Medina had some gardens and with fruits and all. Mecca didn't ofcourse but there should still be some light grass as pasture land. So I'm thinking the region need the same amount of green as Yemen.
This may also go for Oman and Qatar.

Aynway.. these are my suggestion. I hope the campaign map will be updated sometime.
