The full release can be found in this topic (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=71640). Caius also released a beta-version of the update (sadly the project was abandoned after that), but the original file is no longer available. Amarok posted an alternative link in this thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=98477), but I haven't tested it so I cannot vouch that it is the correct file.

The mod comes with a campaign.
