Our January issue was filled with plenty of Christmas cheer, whether it was from the form of our articles (such as TinCow's 'the night before Christmas' KoTR article), or their substance (makanyane's mug-a-modder questionnaire on the old and new years).

The big news with our December issue was the inclusion of our first hosted debate, coordinated by Sigurd Fafnesbane of Gahzette Backroom reporting fame and judged by Backroom moderator Kukrikhan, among others. We also included articles on modding, the multiplayer scene, and our usual collection of forum reports.

Features this issue included an article on the technical aspects of modding by makayane, and a bumper report on Europa Barbarorum by Warmaster Horus. We also chucked in our usual bunch of community reports and news for good measure, bringing the issue to a respectable 19 pages.

Issue 7 of the Gahzette contained 25 pages of TW, forum, and general TW news, again putting our previous size records under pressure. Highlights included NagatsukaShumi's report on the state of modding in Kingdoms, Sigurd's re-invigorated Backroom article - detailing the finer points of good debating - and Fragony's Wii game review for those of you who do play console games, for whatever reason.

Our September issue takes a look over the .org forums, as per usual, and also delves into the arcane world of modding through two articles taken from the TWC Eagle Standard publication (interviews concerning the Wrath of the Norsemen and The Fourth Age: Total War mods), as well as an exclusive interview with Hross of the 'Dominion of the Sword' super-mod for M2TW.

While never in any danger of matching the size record set by the previous issue, Issue 5 nevertheless contained plenty of content for readers to mull over. It contained the usual collection of forum reports from many well-respected site members, as well as an interview with one of the old-timers from the multiplayer scene, and our second ever Gahzette Challenge.

Issue 4 was our biggest publication to date, coming in at a full 27 pages, and featuring articles from many of our most talented staff. Highlights included a handful of game reviews by GBB, an interview with the creators of the Pike&Musket mod by edyzmedieval, and the introduction of one of the greats of the forum, GeneralHankerchief, as our Gameroom reporter.

Shaking off the final effects of an art-less development in previous issues, Issue 3 came out looking better than ever, with articles to match. Though a smaller issue, the introduction of a puzzles section by Omanes, as well as the continuation of TinCow's always amusing 'Gaming addiction' column provided readers with plenty to do.

The most striking change in our second issue was the introduction of Tamur as our art director, adding in a wealth of new content in the form of images and overall improving the look of the publication a thousandfold. As for articles, we had a feature article on the unofficial M2TW 1.2 patch, as well as the usual form roundup and a game review in the form of Supreme Commander.

The feature article for our first ever issue was 'how to get the most out of your graphics card for M2TW', in which BlackAxe, now sadly no longer a member of the team, provided an in-depth discussion of what each graphics option really means for you, the end user. We also introduced our regular forum columns, as well as including a handful of modding interviews.
