Internal Names for Client Rulers?

Ok so I found a brief tutorial on resetting movement points based on the internal EB names here:

In this case my character's name is Titvs but he is a client ruler. I went through my names_descr.txt for "TitvsA->TitvsK Romanvs" but none hit on the client ruler I'm trying to reset with all except for "Titvs Romanvs" saying "character not found".

Where would I find the internal names for client rulers and how would I reset a client rulers movement points? I moved a client ruler out of a city and I suspect his province's revolt is causing an unrecoverable CTD.
