Military Access

I'm currently playing a campaign as Russia and are Allied with both Prussia and Austria with full military access to both countries lands.

However I do have full and open access to Prussia but Austria will not give me access to any of its lands even though on the diplomacy screen it states I have full military access...

Anyone any ideas why???

must be a bug. If it is still that way in a turn... ???

well bro, i have not encountered such problems
therefore i think this may be a problems that you might have generated due to som faults on your side.
