Any Guide for NTW ??

Hi All,

I just began playing NTW and am not very familiar with the game mechanics. Previously I have played RTW but the game seems pretty changed. Is there any Guide for NTW that comprehensively explains the game (like FrostBeastEgg's Guide for S2TW.) I dont want the campain guides as I want to play them on my own. Just want a guide to help understand the game better.
