The new changes are
1. Corrected unit info error reported by Wheelie Paul (Thanks Wheelie) for Amazonia
2. and Armenia, Far East Celt, Sarmatian, Thyssa Amazon, and Geothe Amazon
3. Added resources constraint so Meroe units for Egypt can only be recruited from Kushite areas.
4. Added horse herding as a strategical resources, so factions must contest the horse herding regions to get cavalry units.
5. The above change excludes horse breeding, so units using fast race horse can still recruit units from horse breeding areas.

7. Numidian cavalry can only be recruited from Numidian territories, not just any region within the faction.

Following Celestial Shuttle Buddy's approach in Beta, we are micro-updating the 7.0C yet again.
The changes are:
New female light archers units for most factions., this has finally been converted to true 512x512 which used to be simply slightly altered vanilla version (as in Amazon Total War 3.0).
mounted light archers, which are horse archer version of the above.
Re-animated militia foot archer and horse archer units.
completely re-animated longbow horse archers.
New animation of parthian, sarmatian, and scythian noblewomen.

Amazon factions' armored units now sport colored armors to reflect the color of their their own factions. This carries on the tradition dated back from Subrosa's ATW 1.0 days.
Corrected Libyan militia archer unit's hair color problems which were mixture of dark brown and blonde hair.

Units mentioned in #1 and #2 are the most proliferated archery units in the mod, so these changes will have major impact on the appearance of the game.

The armored chariot archers weren't armored due to a modeling limitation, it is now corrected.We really have some amazing animation specialists.
The cover for the battlewagon has been re-done with more armor.

Corrected an Amazon arbalest elbow animation issue, the elbow bone were set too far over the elbow and resulted in strange appearance during aiming.

Corrected Amazon Peltast animation where in side-looking motion, the head would come off the shoulder, due to older 3DS Max always deform issue with new animation files.

Now AI confers title to Amazon Generals when the quest is accomplished, per Uthril's suggestion.
The title will gain the general prestige as well as command ability.
Barbarian peasant unit is deemed too well attired per B.U.M principles,
it was basically the vanilla barbarian infantry without the shield and the spear.
This has been revised to make them more rugged and lower cost in appearance.
Using more efficient DDS format to allow less file footprint and memory + speed improvement.
Revised standard bearer for Celt and Gauls for better battlefield identification.
Since Amazon Total War 7.0 does not use artificial banner for better realism,
standard bearer is extremely important Amazon Total War for battlefield C&C.

- Added horse-breeding resources to more regions, such as Chorasmia, North Africa, Northern Saudi Arabia, and Armenian Plains.
- New Numidian Cavalry animation, now the unit can be recruited by both Roman and Carthaginian.

what have been completed for 7.0.
1. Integrated the extended map with Amazon Culture and campaigning.
It is now completely playable.
2. R&D on Campaign Planner utility software and multiple campaign menu options.
We are still exploring and not sure of the final options are going to be.
3. Since this mod is more about Equestrian Matriarchal society, we moved the faction Numidia to the East and either going to renamed it as Central Asian Yuezhi (月氏) people or the Hindu Paurava (पौरव) kingdom, and I am still waiting for the after action reports and recommendations. Both people in these locations are Caucasians (yes, some with very dark skins because of melanin) and share close DNA's with modern day Europeans.
4. Introduce wagon warfare into Amazon Total War, since so many historical record have described battles fought with wagons, particularly significant is the Battle of Catalaunian Plains (451AD) or Sino-Hunnish Battle of Mobei (119 BC), both battle changed history and in both battles the laager (or wagon fort) played significant part in the battle. While the new wagon units for both rebel and playable faction won't be like wagon fort (either laager or tabor), the mod team is trying to make the war carts play far more important role in Amazon battles.

The point is, female light units does not mean it has to be without clothing. It is true for mounted light horse units because any extra weight would increase the load, and for the light horse mount, it is of paramount consideration to keep the weight to a minimum. But the foot units do not have to have the same weight restriction. So for the Scythian changes, some of non-combat oriented light foot units have animal pelt as their attires. There will be no uniform because according to the BUM principles, the cost would be prohibitive. So in a way this is a logical extension to the Thracian Peltast unit change, in which instead of wearing fabricated garment as in the original RTW, it has animal pelt as the attire. With the animal pelt as the unit attire, the cost is justified, otherwise it is not. Still, for CQC light units equipped with shields, many of the units will have naked upper torso and limbs, because this is the only way to guarantee free movement during combat and field maneuver.

This completes the storyline for the Amazon units for 6.0 series, as we complete the BUM changes for other factions (German and Celts, for example), the objectives for 6.0 releases would be met. 6.0i with patch also repair the CTD reported by "Professor Chaos67" The download sequence is the same as normal mod release, no special steps required.

The main focus on the "H" release is trying to get Parthia to conform to the Balanced Unit Modeling (or B.U.M) principles.

Amazon 5.0 Implements the first path of B.U.M Principles (AKA Parthian Shot's Laws)

1. For 270BC, clothing is very expensive as well as time consuming to fabricate, so only the rich, mercenary, elite, patrician, or aristocratic units have more properly garmented attires. Light units, barbarian units, as well as the rebel units are lessly so. And if possible, they are dressed in animal pelts, or without dress.

2. Many previous mods portray chain mail as a secondary armor to plate mail armor. and cheaper one to procure. Well, in reality this is completely false. Chain mail is exorbitantly expensive to produce in 270BC. So starting in the Reignited mod, only the Romans, the Carthaginians, the Armenians have units featuring full chain mail armored units. Other factions only has chain mails armor suit for VIPs or aristocratic units.

And non-custom made armors are not a perfect fit, as none of the armory issued armors should be. As a matter of fact, unless the armor is custom tailored, then it should not be a snug fit. In most cases, custom tailored armored should only be afforded by aristocratic units.

3. Iron armor equipped units have both high maintenance and procurement cost. Only Romans, the Carthaginians/Iberians, the Gauls, the Armenians have units with complete iron equipment, with iron armor, helmet, and so on. Other factions only use iron for missile (arrow head), spearhead, sword blade, or helmets. Iron rust rather quickly, so it is a full time work to maintain the full suit of armor, therefore the procurement cost as well as the upkeep cost is increased to reflect that overhead.

4. Most line fighting units are only armored frontally, the old thinking was that the less a unit is protected on their back, the less likely they would turn tails and run away from the fight.
