ferns as grass atempt...early but already working...

i've tryed to mess around with the grass, trying to make ferns to apply to forests...and got this result...not so sure about it..it's way to transparent...making the whole thing look like kelp...i don't know..i guess the form is +- what i want..but this is way to tranparent and a bit dark..just posting to see what prom and the ppl think...this one is just a test to see what i can do with paint.net and the gimp programs...it looks good... any feed back might be good=)
