seeing my modifications take effect....

after modding troopstats i find no changes in game to things i changed, i dont use desktop shortcut as it doesnt work and play the game by going on all programs and finding shogun manually, if the changes only work through shortcut link then please tell me what my shortcut should say, or why my modifcations blatently dont show in game (and i always save my changes to files too)

What modifications have you made? Running from the desktop shortcut or the .exe shouldn't make any difference.

just unit sizes and honour, nothing to mad, just small changes that are well within the games limits but i would pick up on straight away
