help with some minor modding

i tried to change the names(and info) of some macedonian building names with seleukid in expo descr buildins
i tried to change ;Laarchia (Native Administration) to ;Satrapal District (Hyparchia)
but when i start the game i get ctd.
what i am doing wrong

What are you using to edit the files? I haven't modded much TW for a good few years, but I remember in EB editing certain text files with the wrong program would cause crashes, try using Notepad++ if you aren't already.
