And will this be for Kingdoms when it is released or MII regular?
My personal opinion, I'd just make it for MII because you even said it is just a map of Europe, not the New World + RTR is for Rome (or BI, yes) but pretty much the features of Rome regular. Plus for MTR you can always import what you want from Kingdoms.
You have the same team as RTR for MTR also, right?
