    Post MapMod: Trees, Textures, Sea v1.0

    OK, here's my mini mod, improving campaign map textures, trees, and sea. Save-game compatible, textures can work on any map (almost maybe..) though they're desighned for vanilla and it's clones on the technical level.

    Installation is simple:
    if you have unpacked files make backup copy (simply rename to anything) terrain folder and 2 txt-files:
    descr_aerial_map_ground_types.txt
    descr_climates.txt

    Then extract rar content to the main folder (this is not modfolder and should go into main data)
    To uninstall, delete or rename/replace again new files and swap them with originals;
    if you havent unpacked anything just extract data folder into M2's main folder to install, to uninstall delete terrain folder and 2 txt's.

    Patches 1.6 + 1.7 (6mb total)

    This should work with other mods in modfolders too (BC 100%), just copy 2 my txt's to the mod's data folder.

    Now just full version of 1.7 - http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downl...o=file&id=1900

    What this mod does?

    It replaces vanilla ground textures on the campaign map with more detailed and coloured versions, replaces vanilla sea with darker and with more detailed textures, adds big variety to the campaign map trees (for example semi_arid climate has 4 tree models for sparse forest, 4 for dense, and 4 for 'canopy' areas), they're also a bit smaller and has balanced textures.
