Glad I was able to be of help. Maybe you could get some inspiration from my Mead Hall story as well.

I feel obliged to honour the author of the first AAR which I have read in this forum. Unfortunately, I could not respond to your call when you asked the lurkers to unmask themselves. Finally, I am able to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your story.

My old readers may be interested to know that I am currently working on getting this AAR published, through an on-line self-publisher, as Sword of Neamha, a perhaps more dramatic title than Across the Waters. I will be sure and let everyone know when this comes out and is available for purchase.

Good luck with getting it published!

However, have you looked into the legal status of publishing work that has been put on the internet before? IIRC our host may now have a claim to your story, as technically speaking you've published it through us.

Maybe I am seeing problems where there are none, but copyright and intellectual property laws apply to more forms of publishing than people think.

I didn't tell him he couldn't do it, just that he should look up whether publishing something on an internet forum changes the legal status. Is that ruining it?
