BC won't start - help please!

Hi everyone, been anyway for some months and when I returned, voila! Broken Crescent is ready for playing...

So, downloaded BC and the 1.05 patch plus various fixes (battlefield, UI fix, siege etc).

Installed both BC and the patch. Tried to but couldn't install the fixes. Probably a problem with my WinRAR.

Anyway,when I double-clicked on the BC icon on my desktop, I got a small window showing that the game was loading up... and then... an error message saying that Medieval 2 had experienced a problem and shut down.

I read thru the BC readme file. Apparently I need M2TW Patch 1.2 and 1.3 to run BC. But I've got Kingdoms - doesn't that mean I already have both Patches automatically?

I checked my M2TW version and it says it's on Version 1.02 or something.

I'm confused now...

Should I download and install Patch 1.2 and 1.3 and re-install BC?

Oops. Got it. Finally found the "Fatal Error for Vista" thread.
