I've got an updated save at 198BC, having just reconquered Cisalpine Gaul, and currently at war with the Getai. Campaign map is thus:Originally Posted by QuintusSertorius

Can you manage to get imperial reform?
Good luck & Have fun
Some good Roman savegames!
But does someone have a Bactrian game worth sharing?
I never get this, i think the first 50 or so years are the best. Its the challenge of coming from nowhere to great glory thats cool. Probably why i never play Seleukid or Q-H campaigns.

They're not the "best" when you've done it time and again. I'd prefer a Roman game that starts in 218BC, or even 200BC, personally. Or at least 250BC with the boring conquest of Italy over and done with.Originally Posted by Gaivs

Yeh but thats because you must only ever play Rome. Try something new, theres like a billion other factions to play.

Don't really care, not interested in any of the others. Largely because "alternate history" doesn't appeal.Originally Posted by Gaivs

Fair enough, each to their own i suppose. However, come to think of it...It would be a pretty kickass idea to include in the mod, savegames at various points in time, where factions are in their historical positions, via force diplomacy say.

170 BC from my Saka campaign. Keep in mind I've modded it so I can recruit my core units in the west, and for a better economy, and a bunch of other things like being able to use/build ports so you'll probably have to disband a lot to make a profit.
Edit: Oh I forgot, as a side effect of my changes, everyone can build max level military ports anywhere, which I was to lazy to change. I'd recommand not making ships from inland ports, probably won't end well.

I shouldn't have to live in a world where all the good points are horrible ones.
Is he hurt? Everybody asks that. Nobody ever says, 'What a mess! I hope the doctor is not emotionally harmed by having to deal with it.'
Alright lets keep this going, there are some good saves in here.

Anyone want any of my Pergamon saves? I've got loads of them at various stages.
