we are working in a Byzantine(and not only) Mod whose name is "Latinokratia : Rebuilding the Empire". We need a modeller, please help us! If you are not a modeller, please propose one please!

Information about Latinokratia : "Rebuilding the Empire"

The Starting Date is 1207 AD ,3 years after the Sack of Constantinople, from the Crusaders of the Fourth Crusade. After that, the Byzantine Empire was disappeared as a united state. But 3 successor countries were made by Byzantine nobles in the three corners of the Empire : The Empire of Nicaea, which reconquered Constantinople and reformed the Byzantine Empire. The Despotate of Epirus, whose last stronghold fell in 1449 and The Empire of Trebizond which continued to exist even after the Fall of Constantinople in 1453 and was the last Byzantine State till 1460, when it was conquered by the Ottomans. There are many more states than these, but let's see them seperately:
