Fresh Install-Mini mods compatibility

Hi, after all the continuous problems I'm having with CTD's on EB which Bovi couldnt figure out the exact reason, I've decided to start again with (another) fresh install.

However I'm now hooked on several mini mod's for EB, but I dont understand how to compatapalise them all together. I was hoping someone (the authors of the mods would be extrmemly helpful, but also experienced users and any trustworthy staff would be great) would let me know what works with what, and what I need to change if they dont. Or, if there is nothing I can do to make two or more work together.

Heres the list of mini mods I'd like to include. I've emboldened the ones I'd really really like.

The City Mod v4.0b by MAA
Spoils of Victory by V.T. Marvin
Force Diplomacy by Jarardo
Phalanx Mod of TWFanatic's First Cohort/Phalanx etc mod
Socii Romani by Konny
Some trait changes (command stars & cursus honorum) by Konny
The Unofficial Naval Strad (this is an old mod, don't remember who author is or even if it works anymore)

I've downloaded the files, but some of them aren't compatible for other mods. I need to know what works and doesnt work because multi mod installments are my main CTD problem

I have some BETA files that enable City mod b) but I'm not 100% sure if they work ehehe
