why faces pics of prince use general's pics?

I made some good prince faces pics suit for prince only,for they are yong and handsome,but after I put the TGA pics into the folder of PRINCE,the game only show general faces for my princes,what a
pity!!


So,how can I let the pics in PRINCE folder show right for my princes in the game ?

More details please,

• Did you rename the TGA files when you put them in the folder?
  
• Did you replace or overwrite any of the TGAs?
  
• I believe there are different 'prince' folders for different religions (i.e. catholic), which exact 'prince' folder did you put the picture in?

Really, I haven't had all too much experience with the portraits. The only person I can be sure of who's had experience with the portraits is Axalon, try sending him a PM about your problem if you don't get round to solving it in the meantime.

Well,I mean that the problems lie in Catholic and Orthodox countries. Faces of arab and pagan countries use tga pics in
prince folder.
