Trading Armies?

CA has Hessians in as unique(?) infantry for the British. And obviously, Hessians don't come from Britain, they come from Hesse. So I ask, why is it that we cannot sell troops? It wasn't an uncommon practice, and was a fairly easy to way to gain money.

I wish I could buy! I sure miss recruiting the mercs when you need them, But yea! Why just the Brits? And they aren’t usually worth the bother.

Yeah... There really needs to be an theatre mercenary pool where you can issue bids for mercenaries and get them to work for you until someone else buys their services.

Not even mercenaries, I'm talking about selling entire units if someone needed them that badly.
