3rd age total war not installing

i have already fully run the installer part 1, and am on part 2. eventually, it stops and says this exact message:

Third Age-Total War 1.0 Part2 has not been totally installed because of the following reason:

mods\Third_Age\data\sounds\Music.dat: This file contains invalid data (error 21FC)

You will have to run this utility again to completely install Third Age-Total War 1.0 Part2

i tried installing again, and another time, but it keep saying this. can i go ahead and play it anyway?
