    Default 2nd Council Seneschal Runoff Poll

    In an amazing occurrence. King Philippe and Duc Hugues de Champagne tied in the election for Seneschal. As a result a new vote has begun to see if a clear winner can be had. This vote will end at approximately 0011 PST on September 18, or as soon as either candidate manages to gain an insurmountable lead.
