Well magy it would have been closer if my guy i was up agaisnt "lucsypher" had used his 6 units of order foot a bit better, by not letting me get around his flank.
He should have did what i did, when i stopped infront of him as he go into formation. I grouped my cavalry and used alt to change my facing on his flank, then clicked next to the redzone along his left flank. He should have done the samething, but formed up along Gil, yet he sat there and never got a chance to use his spears properly.
My thin line cavalry did a good job tiein up his spears while i used the rest to sweep around and get free flanks in. Now if the spears had a bigger bouns vs the cav i would have been able to only win by flanking like in stw.
Ok where is a link to a mythic battle story?
And another one to a tactical detailed story? A fuller feature like AMPs above.
And probably a third of... this undocumented feature allowed this to occur.

Well I can't realy make an epic battlestory of it since it looked more like a wrapup and there wasn't much suspense in the battles.
I said in an earlier post that I could write one, and now that I'm up and about again it's even within the realm of possibility. I haven't even watched the replays yet, but from what I've heard they probably don't make for very epic stories as youssof said.
Of course, there's always the option of taking artistic liberties and just making some stuff up...

I think the battles were to show the devs the major mp flaws/balance issues, Lets hope they werent too drunk at the christmas party and took some of it in
We can have epic battles anytime online, Just play with players of similar skill that you are friends with, its always fun
