Do you have the Limited Edition? Only the Limited Edition (and Collector's Version) lets you play as Hattori.

ok well screw ca. that is such bull cut out an entire faction because i didnt pay for the special edition. real classy.

Give it time. So far every Total War has been modded so that every single faction has been unlocked. This time it just might take slightly longer.

yeah but this is ridiculous. and it wont be the same they probably wont be able to mod them to get their incredibly unique abilities.

It's not like they can turn those abilities off. It'd be harder to remove Hattori abilities than to just unlock the faction.

Though I have to admit this whole thing is kinda silly. Especially since here in Finland the cost of the limited edition was the same as regular...
